Shop fashion online without the returns headache
Size guides, fit notes and the return rules that decide whether a code is worth it.

A fashion code is only a saving if the piece fits and stays. Returns cost time, and at some stores they cost money. These are the habits that keep our own returns rate low when we shop at Lumiro, Khatvo and Zaynara.
Measure once, use everywhere
Take four measurements — chest, waist, hips and inside leg — and keep them in your phone. Every store publishes a size chart in centimetres on the product page, and the chart is more reliable than the letter size. Lumiro uses its own label for most of the range, so one size works across the catalogue; multi-brand stores such as Khatvo show the chart of each brand.
Read the fit notes and the reviews
A product page that says “runs small” or “relaxed fit” is telling you what the reviews will say. If there are reviews, sort by the most recent and look for your height and size. Shoes are the exception: a store with a width filter, like Khatvo, saves more returns than any review.
Know the return rules before you pay
Return windows range from 7 to 30 days, and the conditions differ: unworn with tags, original box, clean soles. Made-to-measure and custom-length pieces, such as the ones at Zaynara, can usually be exchanged once but not refunded. The store page here lists the window and the conditions in the sidebar.
Codes and sale items
Most fashion codes exclude items that are already reduced; the ones that say “everything” include them. If a piece is in the sale, the sale price is the deal, and the code is for the full-price items in the same order. Free-shipping codes almost always apply to both.
Traditional and modest wear
Fabric matters more than fit here, and the fabric is named on the page. Summer and winter weights are different products, so check the season before ordering. Tailored pieces take longer — allow ten days before an occasion, and more before the holidays, when the workshops only take ready-made orders.
A returns-proof routine
- Check your measurements against the chart on the product page, not the letter size.
- Read the fit notes and the latest reviews for your size.
- Confirm the return window and conditions on the store page here.
- Apply the code and check that it covered the items you expected.
- Try the pieces on indoors with the tags on and keep the packaging.
- Start the return from the orders page within the window; most stores send the label by email.
Done this way, a code is a real saving, not a credit note waiting to happen.
